Goldilocks & the Three PIGS!

Youth Theater Experience FALL Session

For actors ages 6yrs - 9yrs

Goldilocks and the three...  PIGS?!!!  The action in this playful romp begins with Goldilocks dashing into the house of the three Chop brothers. Toss into this hilarious fractured fairy tale the Big Bad Wolf, his French weasel friend Oui Oui, two very different witches (who won’t leave you asking “Which witch?”), and one very confused — and somewhat snooty — storyteller and watch the mayhem that ensues!  Mix in a classic chase scene and a little bit of a moral and the end concoction is a delightful take on a couple of old storybook standbys full of energy and enough humor and adventure for children of all ages!

Youth Theater Experience - FALL Session

For actors ages 9yrs - 12yrs

This wonderfully entertaining version of the classic tale is guaranteed to delight. When Hansel and Gretel are sent into the woods, they encounter some marvelous folk — an arrogant troll who fiercely guards his little wooden bridge, a talking owl, a forest sprite, and two hobgoblins in the service of the nasty (and hilarious) witch.  Tremble for Hansel as he’s locked in a cage and fed nothing but fudge and cake.  Cheer Gretel as she outwits the crone and sets free all the lost children who have been turned into cookies!  All the moments are here, from the night spent in the woods to the discovery of the candy-coated little cottage.

Children have always been fascinated by Alice’s strange and exciting adventures in Wonderland.  Now they can actually join Alice in her travels. In this remarkable adaptation of the Lewis Carroll classic, Willard Simms has created a Wonderland especially made for children. The audience becomes a part of the forest through which Alice travels; they join her at the Mad Hatter’s tea party, and even take part in that memorable croquet game with the Queen of Hearts.
